This machine has to rarities; very good shape, and is in California. Here is what the seller told me:
Here’s some pictures of the combine. In many ways I hate to let it go because it is a lot of fun to have and use, but I’m not using it like it deserves and I’d like some room in the barn. Would take $3,000.
The combine is in exceptionally good shape considering it’s age.
Was barn stored prior to me getting it and it was partially disassembled to transport it to me. In the reassembly process I put a lot of new hardware in instead of replacing the old bolts. I spent time cleaning and curing any rust spots on the concave and repainting that area of the combine. I replaced both the upper and lower drapers and some of the belts. The cylinder bars are new. The shelling plate is new. The bar on the inside of the concave is new. Those bars and plates were replaced with new hardware. I also installed a new hydraulic cylinder with hoses/ connections to raise and lower the height of the cutter bar in the field. Was barn stored prior to me getting it and was partially disassembled to transport it to me. In the reassembly process I put a lot of new hardware in instead of replacing the rusty old bolts. Has been lightly used and everything works and it runs great!
